Landebukta har store boligtomter, hvor flere har plass til både dobbel garasje. Her bor du barnevennlig, landlig og idyllisk, og med utsikt helt til Ryvingen og Hille fra de øverste tomtene

Rambøll har utarbeidet reguleringsplanen for området. Siden 2020 har Visualiseringsgjengen i Rambøll produsert på bilder til tomtevelgeren, salgsillustrasjoner og utarbeidet en VR modell som megler besitter. Her vil man kunne sjekke alle tomtene mht. utsikt, tomtestørrelse og solforhold.
