Our project supports the transformation of the former coal power plant at Hamburg Moorburg into a 100 MW green hydrogen hub connected to the wider Hamburg port value chain. Using atmospheric PEM technology, the plant is designed to produce up to 11,500 tonnes of renewable hydrogen per year at full load from 2026, with the potential to scale to 800 MW.

Our role was 3D Design. We created clear photomontages and visual scenarios through each phase, showing how the site would evolve over time. Working closely with engineers, we ensured consistent visual quality and delivered presentations that supported FEED, permitting, and EPC tender processes. The visuals gave stakeholders a shared understanding of the impacts, reduced design iterations, and helped speed up decisions.
