Preparation of a zoning plan for a new four-lane motorway on the E18 in Telemark. The project is approx. 18 km and consists of a daytime zone, 6 tunnels of a total of 9 km and new bridges for crossing the Langangsfjorden (concrete box bridges) and the Frierfjorden (stilt-stay bridge).
